Deep Tissue Massage   A Swedish massage with the use of medium to deep pressure to focus more on relieving chronic pain and lengthening bound and shortened muscles by releasing knots from the tissues.  60 minutes $80, 90 minutes $110

Myofascial Integrative Massage   A combination of Myofascial Release techniques, Structural bodywork, and Reiki.  The deepest massage uses techniques that helps to relieve chronic pain by minimizing and/or releasing knots or pain-radiating trigger points and by reeducating muscles of proper use and function. Reiki energetically relieves pain and tension and assist in bringing the body back into homeostasis.  60 minutes $100, 90 minutes $130

Add Reflexology to Any Massage  A massage that is focused solely on the feet.  Reflexology utilizes pressure points that correlate with internal organs, bones and muscles so that the entirety of the body is manipulated through the feet.  Reflexology has been known to help relieve migraines, sinusitis, back and spinal problems, Sciatica, high blood pressure, constipation and more.  25 minutes $40

Garden Facial   This facial goes beyond the natural products found in stores and goes straight to your pantry. Fruits, veggies and flowers are the only things used in this treatment.  Straight from the stem and right onto your face.  This facial is customized to your skin type whether it be dry, oily, sensitive or combination. During your facials the goal is to get your skin to its optimal health by catering to your specific needs. Your facial will include a cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and facial massage. 60 minutes $80

 

Add Deluxe face massage  This half hour massage helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles by plumping the skin and helps to reduce dark circles and puffiness with lymphatic drainage techniques. Look younger and feel better! 30 minutes $40

Manicure and Pedicure   Our nail treatments focus on restoring and maintaining health of the nail bed and cuticles. The star of the show is our vitamin and nutrient rich homemade cuticle oil which is exclusive to us.  It includes shaping of nails, cleaning of cuticles, massage on hands or feet, and polish application.
